You have two options for adding credits/minutes to your account.
You may either log in to your account through Customer Login, then click on the "Recharge" button, or you can always contact our Customer Support at 1-800-482-4459 between 9am and 9pm EST, 7 days a week and one of our representatives will assist you in recharging your account for the amount you would like.
Please keep in mind that we also offer an automatic recharge option, which you can set during the sign up process, so you don’t have to recharge your account manually every time your balance is low. When your account gets to a $3 minimum, your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the amount you had selected so you can continue talking without any interruptions.

You are initially billed on your credit card when you sign up for the amount you choose. Then, if you chose the automatic recharge option, when your account reaches a $3.00 minimum balance the system will automatically recharge your credit card. You can set the recharge amount online. Sub accounts
If you have multiple users in your household or workplace you can create several sub-accounts all under the same plan. This way each individual has the ability to monitor their own account with an individualized PIN from one central account. You even have the option of using different credit cards for different sub accounts, if you wish to separate the charges of each individual account.
Instant Access Numbers (IAN)
Making calls via TEL3 is very simple. Register your phone numbers that you will make the call from and start making calls immediately by dialing one of the access numbers; no need to dial any account number or PINs.
You can register up to 10 Instant Access Numbers via the web or through our customer service.
Speed Dial (favorites list)
Create your own favorites contact list for your friends via TEL3 and add them to your Speed Dial list on your online account with TEL3. Now, you can also sync your speed dial list with your iPhone via Dialer iPhone app. See Apps section below.
You can add up to 99 phone numbers that you will call to into your list. This way whenever you place a call to the people you call the most, you simply enter the speed dial number and you’re connected.
TEL3 APPS - Call directly from your cell phone
With our new free mobile applications you can now place direct international calls from your cell phones without entering any Access Numbers or PINs. Enjoy all the functionalities of your iPhone or Android phones, including dialing from your address book while placing calls for pennies.
Smart Numbers
You can now do much more when you call any TEL3 access number. Once you hear the "Welcome to TEL3" prompt, you have the option to manually recharge your account or contact our customer service department directly just by using our new smart numbers.
By pressing 1* when you access our system, you will have the option to manually recharge your account. Simply listen and follow the prompts and you will be able to continue making calls as usual after you recharge. Please note: For security purposes, over-the-phone recharges are only available from registered phones.
By pressing 0* when you access our system, your call will be directed to one of our customer service representatives. Please note: We do not charge any fees for connecting your call.
Easy-calling feature
• To place another call without hanging up: Press ## on your dial pad
• To redial a number without hanging up: Press # on your dial pad
• If your call does not go through the first time do not hang up. Press ## to disconnect the previous call, and Press *# to redial the same number
