I understand that this is an auto-rechargeable product by default, but I have the option to change or suspend recharge mode.

I understand that the introductory rates will change after 30 days.

TEL3 is a prepaid phone service providing you the cheap rates of an International calling card without the need to change long distance carriers. TEL3 International long distance services can be used with your home phone, cell phone and with any other private touch-tone phones. No access fees, surcharges or any hidden fees.

Introductory Rates:

The promotional introductory rates are applicable for the first 30 days of service. After 30 days, your rate plan will be converted to Standard Plan (no monthly fee) but you will have the option to change it to any one of the TEL3 plans as you wish either from your back-office or by calling Customer Service at 1.800.482.4459.

Free Minutes:

Any and all Free Minutes Talk Time is only valid in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and Canada. All International Rates are subject to change without notice. Any and all Free Domestic Talk Time offer(s) are only valid with a calling plan purchase.

Important Note for Cell Phone Users:

Using the TEL3 service from your cell phone may accumulate charges to your wireless bill by pressing the pound (#) key. For some wireless service providers, the pound key activates another line in which your wireless service connects the call for you instead of TEL3. In such cases, TEL3 is not responsible for any charges that may accrue onto your cell phone bill.

A valid credit card is required to acquire service. U.S. and Canada credit cardholders only.

Our rates are current with the following conditions:

• FCC mandated payphone surcharges of 69 cents per call may apply.
• Card balances may become inactive after one (1) year of no use.
• Calls made to and from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan and Canada are subject to additional per minute charges and minutes may be less than those posted on the charts.
• Monthly service fee of up to $1.95, depending on the calling plan you choose after the introductory period of 30 days.
• Government mandated taxes, charges and fees may apply.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:

We at TEL3 are committed to customer satisfaction, and if at any time you would like to cancel your service with TEL3, you may do so at any time without any obligations, simply by calling our Customer Service at 1-800-482-4459, between 7am-12am EST, 7 days a week. There will be no cancellation fees, period!

Furthermore, during the first 30 days after you sign up, if you are not happy with the service for any reason, we will gladly refund your money back. We believe signing up with a prepaid service shouldn't be a risk but an opportunity to save and make your life better!
