To us, nothing is more rewarding than satisfied TEL3 customers singing our praises to their friends and families; therefore we have created the TEL3 Referral Program.

The TEL3 Referral Program will give our customers the opportunity to communicate their feelings about our service, or to tell friends and family how they can benefit from signing up with us. TEL3 encourages our customers to keep the lines of communication open by referring their friends to our outstanding long-distance service. TEL3 in return, will reward our referring customers for contributing to the overall success of a company they can count on, and with whom over the years they have built a lasting relationship with.

 


Existing customers (referrers) will log in to their customer back offices and complete the customer referral form with the following information:

  1. First and Last name of the referred customer
  2. Email address of the referred customer
  3. Country or destination the referred customer might be interested in calling
  4. Attach an optional personal YouTube Video Message or one of the TEL3 Videos telling the customer why he/she should sign up for TEL3. Click here to find out how you can quickly upload your video to Youtube in 5 minutes
 
 

An email will be generated and sent to the referred customer containing the name of the person who referred them to our service, the calling rates for the customer specified calling area, an optional personally recorded YouTube message, and a customer sign up link. We should put the sample email format here as well!
 

If the referred customer signs up through the referred email signup link or with the referral code any time, , the referrer will receive a $5 credit per customer. For every three people you sign-up, you will get $20!.

The newly registered customer will receive an additional $5 signup credit. Customers can manage their referrals and see the credits that have accrued on their accounts by viewing their referral history in the customer back office.

TEL3 long distance services can be used with your home phone, cell phone and with any other private touch-tone phones. Your flat domestic rate will vary depending on the calling plan you choose. No access fees, surcharges or any hidden fees. Using the TEL3 service from your cell phone may accumulate charges to your wireless bill by pressing the pound (#) key. For some wireless service providers, the pound key activates another line in which your wireless service connects the call for you instead of TEL3. In such cases, TEL3 is not responsible for any charges that may accrue onto your cell phone bill.A valid credit card is required to acquire service. U.S. credit cardholders only. Any and all Free Minutes Talk Time is only valid in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. All International Rates are subject to change without notice. Any and all Free Domestic Talk Time offer(s) are only valid with a calling plan purchase. Monthly service fee(s) will be deducted from the calling plan balance upon purchase of the long distance calling plan. Government mandated taxes and fees may apply. FCC mandated payphone surcharges of sixty-nine ($0.69) cents per call may apply. Calls originating from a payphone are subject to FCC mandated payphone fees. Additional charges may apply for calls made from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico , US Virgin Islands , Guam, Saipan and Canada . Card balances after one (1) year of no use may become inactive.
Refund/Credit Policy and Cancellation Policy: This is a Pre-Paid phone calling service; accordingly, refunds will not be issued.
Cancellation of Service: The customer is free to cancel the service at anytime. Customers must call TEL3 customer service to close their accounts. Certain restrictions may apply.
