CANCELLATION FEES – With Tel3 your account balance does not expire, so you can use Tel3 at your convenience without worrying about your money vanishing without you using it. And as much as we may hate to admit, you can cancel the service at any time, either by calling customer service or on the web through “Account Customer Login.”

FLEXIBILITY and CONVENIENCE- Tel3 was created to make the life of our users easier, giving them the maximum flexibility of choice. You can use Tel3 from any phone for the same rates, while you travel from hotel or pay phones, make pin-free calls like you would from your home phone service.

SECURITY and ACCOUNTABILITY- At Tel3 we are very familiar with customers who have been overcharged by phone Card companies hidden fees and charges. So we offer our users complete transparency in their call usage. You can view every single call you make, the Date, Time of call, origination number, destination number, minutes used, and amount charged. So you know that you are never overcharged and pay only for the calls you make.

There are absolutely no activation, connection, cancellation fees, hidden charges or taxes associated with using Tel3. However there may be a monthly fee depending on the plan chosen. We disclose any monthly fees when you sign-up so you know exactly what your paying for. It is important to remember that whenever you're using your cell phone that mobile service provider’s airtime charges do apply.

DISCLAIMER: TEL3 is a prepaid phone service providing you the cheap rates of an International calling card without the need to change long distance carriers. TEL3 long distance services can be used with your home phone, cell phone and with any other private touch-tone phones. Your flat domestic rate will vary depending on the calling plan you choose. No access fees, surcharges or any hidden fees. Using the TEL3 service from your cell phone may accumulate charges to your wireless bill by pressing the pound (#) key. For some wireless service providers, the pound key activates another line in which your wireless service connects the call for you instead of TEL3. In such cases, TEL3 is not responsible for any charges that may accrue onto your cell phone bill.A valid credit card is required to acquire service. U.S. credit cardholders only. Any and all Free Minutes Talk Time is only valid in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. All International Rates are subject to change without notice. Any and all Free Domestic Talk Time offer(s) are only valid with a calling plan purchase. Monthly service fee(s) will be deducted from the calling plan balance upon purchase of the long distance calling plan. Government mandated taxes and fees may apply. FCC mandated payphone surcharges of sixty-nine ($0.69) cents per call may apply. Calls originating from a payphone are subject to FCC mandated payphone fees. Additional charges may apply for calls made from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico , US Virgin Islands , Guam, Saipan and Canada . Card balances after one (1) year of no use may become inactive.
Refund/Credit Policy and Cancellation Policy: This is a Pre-Paid phone calling service; accordingly, refunds will not be issued.
Cancellation of Service: The customer is free to cancel the service at anytime. Customers must call TEL3 customer service to close their accounts. Certain restrictions may apply.
