How to make International Calls
1.
First, dial the IDD (International Direct Dialing Number).
When using TEL3, the IDD to call FROM the US and Canada is 011.
IDD numbers may differ or may have more than one depending on each country, carrier or type of service. Please note: TEL3 only works from the US and Canada.

2.
Then dial the country code of the country you are calling.
Every country has a country code and it is the number you dial after the IDD.
Sometimes, a country code may be the same for different countries.
For example, the US, Canada, Guam and much of the Caribbean use country code 1.

3.
Finally, dial the city/area code (if any) for the country you are trying to reach.
Please note that some countries don’t use city codes or area codes, while other countries have hundreds of them.
Due to the rapid growth of global telecommunications, city codes and area codes change or may be added regularly.
Please note that the source of this information is countrycode.org as of 01/01/2011 and hence our providers and plans may define some city breakouts differently than the ones on this page due to the changing dialing codes.
