How can I use TEL3 when I already have a Long Distance

TEL3 does not require you to switch your long distance or
wireless service provider. When you sign up, all you need to do
is to call one of our Access Numbers to connect to our platform
from your home, office, or cell phone. Once you hear the TEL3
welcome prompt, just dial the number you wish to reach and
start saving with TEL3.

Do I need to prepay in order to use TEL3?

YES. TEL3 is a prepaid service. You can sign up with
your credit card or with your PayPal account to make a payment
for the sign up amount. Then based on your usage, your account
balance will be debited per minute.

Which plan is better for me?

TEL3 offers two plans. There is no difference in ANY
PLAN in terms of features or the quality of the service - only
the rates and the monthly fee change.

INTRO OFFER
When you first sign up, you will get billed with the
Intro Offer rates for the first 6 months no matter what.
After 6 months
Your plan will be changed to the Standard Plan
automatically (no monthly fee). However, if you make calls
frequently, we recommend you to change your Plan to the
Premium Plan later so you can save more. You can change your
Plan anytime either online or via phone.

Depending on your usage minutes, our Savings

You will need to provide the following:
Name - so we can greet you
Phone Number - so we can register it allowing you to make PIN-less calls
Email - so we can send you promotional E-mails and/or alerts about
your account activity

automatically active and ready for use immediately!

What payment methods are offered?

We gladly accept American Express, Discover, Visa,
MasterCard, along with ATM debit cards that have a Visa or
MasterCard logo. Furthermore, if you don't have a credit card,
you can still sign up to TEL3 via PayPal. Please keep in mind
that you will not be able to use our auto-recharge option when
using PayPal. You need to simply log in to your account and
recharge your account manually using your PayPal account.
Currently TEL3 does not accept checks or money orders as a
method of payment.

information is our top priority. We want to confirm that no
one else is using your credit card during signup.

How do I get billed?

We love simplicity and our product is a prepaid service
so there are no post-billing surprises. We also offer an
online account manager so you can track all your charges and
talk time in real time.
You are initially billed on your credit card when you
sign up for the amount you choose. Then, if you chose our
automatic recharge option, when your account reaches a $3.00
minimum balance the system will automatically recharge your
credit card. You can set the recharge amount online. You also
have the option to add credits to your account manually.

What are the billing increments?

All calls are billed in full minute increments with 1 minute rounding.

How do you protect my credit card information?

The information submitted on our web site is protected
by the highest level of industry-standard SSL encryption. All
of the credit card information received is then encrypted a
second time and stored on our secure billing servers.

Why and how do I get a PIN?

A Pin is created during the sign up process to protect
your account information. It is only used when you are making
calls from unregistered numbers or when you are logging into
your online account for the first time.

Why do I need to provide you with my E-mail address?

We send out alerts based on your account activity (like
recharges, credit card changes, etc) via E-mail. You will also
receive promotional (recharge coupons) E-mails.

Can I change my account information after signing up?

YES. You can always update your account information
(including your credit card information) by logging into your
account.

How do I refer a friend?

You can tell your friends to enter your account number
(usually your phone number) in the Referral Code section
during sign up. Both of you will get free minutes.
You can also use your Online Account Manager to spread
the word out to your friends.
