You will need to do the setup only once.
Your account number is a 10 digit number (usually your phone number). If you forgot your pin, you can reset your pin by contacting our customer service at 1-800-482-4459.
The TEL3 App is an application designed for iPhone and Android phones. It allows our users to dial their destination numbers directly from their smart phones without having to dial an access number.
You can download the TEL3 App from the App Store on your iPhone or iTunes.
With the TEL3 App, you don’t pay any extra 1¢ add-on fees/charges by Tel3 even if the dialer calls via a toll free number. You can enjoy the same competitive rates when making calls with the TEL3 App!
When calling from one of the International Network Countries (Other than US or Canada) or when using international carrier’s SIM cards , please check to ensure there are no additional fees being charged directly by the carriers
Yes, any calls made with the TEL3 App will go through the TEL3 system and you will be charged accordingly.
YES. You can place a call with the TEL3 App when you are in Canada. However, TEL3 is not responsible for any roaming charges applied by your cell phone carrier.
You can easily register your iPhone’s number by adding it as an Instant Access number under the ACCOUNT SETTINGS Section in your Online Account Manager.

Once you place the call with TEL3 you will hear the TEL3 welcome prompt ("Thank you for using TEL3"). This prompt is a signal to you that the call is now completing through the TEL3 service.
