Plese note that FCC mandated payphone fees (69¢ per call) will apply if you call from a payphone.
TEL3 does not require you to switch your long distance or wireless service provider. When you sign up, all you need to do is to call one of the Access Numbers to connect to our platform from your home, office, or cell phone. Once you hear the TEL3 prompt, just dial the number you wish to reach and start saving with TEL3.

YES. You can cancel the service at any time simply by calling customer service at 1-800-482-4459 between 9am - 8pm EST, 7 days a week.
YES. TEL3 is a prepaid service. You can sign up with your credit card or with your PayPal account to make a payment for the sign up amount. Then based on your usage, your account balance will be debited per minute.
At the moment, you can use your TEL3 account to make calls FROM the United States and Canada only. We will add other countries shortly. Stay tuned.
Let’s say you are trying to call a local number in London from New York. For this example the local London number is 5678-4321. We know that 011 is the internal call prefix when dialing from inside the US. The country code for the UK is 44 . The city code (or area code) for London is 20.
To make the call, we would dial
011 + 44 + 20 + 56784321
As you can see we dial the international call prefix 011, followed by the country code 44, then the area code 20, and then the local number 56784321. It’s that simple!

We gladly accept American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, along with ATM debit cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo. Furthermore, if you don't have a credit card, you can still sign up to TEL3 via PayPal. Please keep in mind that you will not be able to use our auto-recharge option when using PayPal. You need to simply log in to your account and recharge your account manually using your PayPal account. Currently TEL3 does not accept checks or money orders as a method of payment.
We love simplicity and our product is a prepaid service so there are no post-billing surprises. We also offer an online account manager so you can track all your charges and talk time in real time.
You are initially billed on your credit card when you sign up for the amount you choose. Then, if you chose our automatic recharge option, when your account reaches a $3.00 minimum balance the system will automatically recharge your credit card. You can set the recharge amount online. You also have the option to add credits to your account manually.

What are the billing increments?
All calls are billed in full minute increments with 1 minute rounding.

Our Toll Free Access Number is 1-800-999-5090 and it can be used from anywhere in the US and Canada. There is a 1¢ add on fee when using toll free access numbers.
Local Access Numbers were created only to be used from the specific area that you will be placing your calls from. Because they are local for your area there are NO ADD ON FEES when using a local access number. However we suggest you to confirm with your local phone carriers to determine whether the local access numbers provided are considered local by your carrier. No refunds and/or credits will be issued if local access numbers are not available or if your local carrier bills you at local rates for the provided local access numbers.
TEL3 is an application designed for iPhone and Android phones. It allows our users to dial their destination numbers directly from their smart cell phones without having to dial an access number.
YES. Once you log in you will have access to view your complete call history, credit card information, instant access numbers, speed dial numbers, and other account information. These are just some of the great benefits our service provides.
