How can I use Speed Dial numbers to make faster calls?

You can register your friends or family member's phone
number that you call frequently as Speed Dial Numbers with TEL3
and call them faster (with 1 or 2-digits only instead of 10 or
more regular digits). Registering is easy, either go online and
login to your Online Account Manager or call Customer Service
so we can register them for you.
You can enter up to 99 speed dial numbers online, and
assign them a 1 or 2-digit code. To call one of these numbers,
just dial one of the Access Numbers and then simply dial the 1
or 2-digit speed dial number to connect faster.

What are the "Instant Access" numbers?

Instant Access numbers are your phone numbers registered
with TEL3 so you can make PIN-less calls (like your cell phone
or home phone). You can register up to 10 numbers and when you
call any TEL3 access number from these phone numbers, you will
not be asked about your account or PIN because they will be
recognized by our platform. Once connected, you can dial your
destination number directly. Enjoy fast calling.

How can I register my phone with TEL3?

With TEL3, all your registered phone numbers are Instant
Access numbers (IANs). You can register up to 10 phone numbers
that you make the calls FROM. Log in to your account, click on
"ACCOUNT SETTINGS", choose "INSTANT ACCESS
NUMBER" and add your number(s).
Call Customer Service at 1-800-482-4459 if you want us
to do it for you.
Remember, the phone number you submitted while signing
up is already registered as an IAN. No need to register again.

What is Auto Recharge? How can I set my account to
auto recharge mode?

You will never run out of minutes with our auto-recharge
option. You can set up your account to be recharged
automatically when your balance reaches $3, so there is no
interruption during the call.
You can turn your account’s auto recharge status
to ON or OFF online or by calling our customer service
department at 1-800-482-4459.
If you prefer, you can always recharge your account
manually online or simply by calling our customer service
department at 1-800-482-4459.

How do I check my balance?

There are 3 ways to check your balance:
Mobile: Send an SMS to TEL3 ((754) 202-0125) by
texting ’Bal’ (from your registered phone) and you
will receive your balance amount by SMS.
Online:
Log in to your account (either on your pc or your mobile
phone) and check your balance
Call one of our access numbers and the prompt will play
you your balance.

How do I opt in/out from the SMSavings Club’s
alerts?

Text "JOIN" to the TEL3 SMS number
(754) 202-0125 to opt in automatically. Make sure your cell
phone number is listed as an Instant Access Number so we can
identify your account.
Text "STOP" to the TEL3 SMS number
(754) 202-0125 to opt out anytime you want.
You can also log in to your account online and go to
MEMBER PROFILE, choose ALERT SETTINGS and select or unselect
the SMSavings Club check boxes.

What can I do with the Online Account Manager?

The TEL3 Online Account Manager is the platform where
you can log in and do the following:
- Review and update your account information
- Recharge your account
- Review your call history
- Refer friends
- Change account settings (Speed dial numbers, Instant
access numbers)
- Join the SMSavings Club (SMS alerts with promotional
coupons)

How do I review my usage (call history) and charges?

You can review your call history (under ACCOUNT
SETTINGS) and transaction history (under MEMBER PROFILE)
online in your online account manager.

What is the TEL3 App?

The TEL3 App is an application designed for iPhone and
Android phones. It allows our users to dial their destination
numbers directly from their smart cell phones without having
to dial an access number.

Can I create a sub account for my family members?
-
Log in to your account, click to MEMBER PROFILE, choose
ACCOUNTS, and click to ADD NEW SUBACCOUNT button. You can also
call customer service at 1-800-482-4459 so we can create one
for you.

Can I make conference call or send text messages with
TEL3?

NO. Unfortunately these features are not currently
available.

Can I use TEL3’s service to send a fax?

NO. Unfortunately TEL3’s service does not support
or guarantee any fax delivery at this point.

Does TEL3 provide internet access?
-
NO. TEL3 is a prepaid international calling service with VoIP service for iPhone but does not provide internet access.

How do I refer a friend?
-
You can tell your friends to enter your account number
(usually your phone number) in the Referral Code section
during sign up. Both of you will get free minutes.
You can also use your Online Account Manager to spread
the word out to your friends.

- Chose the method that works for you
- Enter your friend’s E-mail one at a time
- Import your E-mail list by logging in to your
favorite E-mail provider
- Share TEL3 on Facebook or Twitter
- Follow up on all your referrals
All links and referral codes are tracked by TEL3’s system
so you get the credit when your friends join TEL3.

What do I get if I refer a friend?

You will get a $10 credit and your friends will get a
$5 credit (free minutes) once they sign up. It’s a
win-win situation!
