How do I log in to my TEL3 account online?

How do I create username and password?

Call customer service or create them online:

To create a new username online follow these steps:

  1. Enter your account number, PIN and your desired username
  2. We will E-mail you a temporary password
  3. Once you log in for the first time, you will be given the option to create your permanent password.
  4. Then you will be asked to select a site key for authentication.
  5. Once you complete these steps you will be logged into your online account so you can take advantage of our Online Account Manager features.
What if I forget my username and/or password?

When does my account expire?

Your account will expire only after you stop using your account for more than one (1) year. You can call and activate your account back again later.

How can I register my phone number with TEL3 so I don’t need to enter my account and PIN everytime I make a call?

In TEL3, all your registered phone numbers are Instant Access numbers (IANs). You can register up to 10 phone numbers that you make the calls FROM. Log in to your account, click on "ACCOUNT SETTINGS", choose "INSTANT ACCESS NUMBER" and add your number(s).

Remember, the phone number you submitted while signing up is already registered as an IAN. No need to register again. Enjoy.

How do I add more money (recharge) to my TEL3 account?

We have many ways to recharge and add minutes to your account:

  • Auto: Set your account to auto recharge ’ON’ and enjoy the convenience
  • Online: Log in and recharge manually online
  • Mobile: Visit TEL3.com on your cell phone and recharge
  • Customer Service: Call us at 1-800-482-4459 so we can do it for you over the phone

What is Auto Recharge? How can I set my account to auto recharge mode?

You will never run out of minutes with our auto-recharge option. You can set up your account to be recharged automatically when your balance reaches $3, so there is no interruption during the call.

You can turn your account’s auto recharge status to ON or OFF online or by calling our customer service department at 1-800-482-4459.

If you prefer, you can always recharge your account manually online or simply by calling our customer service department at 1-800-482-4459.

How do I change my credit card/billing information?

You can change your credit card information online. Log in to your account online and click on "MEMBER PROFILE", then choose "CREDIT CARD INFORMATION" and add/edit the information.

How do I set my credit card for auto recharge?

You can assign any of your credit cards for auto recharges. Log in to your account online and click on "ACCOUNT SETTINGS", then choose "ACCOUNT INFORMATION" and turn auto recharge ON and select the credit card that you would like to use.

Can I change my account information after signing up?

YES. By logging into your account you can always change or update your account information including your credit card information.

How can I unsubscribe from the E-mails that I receive from TEL3?

To unsubscribe from TEL3’s marketing E-mails, click on the "UNSUBSCRIBE" link provided in the E-mails you receive. We will take your information off our list. You will, however, continue receiving E-mails that are related to your account activity (for security purposes).

How can I register my iPhone or Android’s phone number with TEL3?

You can easily register your iPhone or Android’s phone number by adding it as an Instant Access number under the ACCOUNT SETTINGS section in your Online Account Manager.

How can I use Speed Dial numbers to make faster calls?

You can register your friends or family members phone number that you call frequently as Speed Dial Numbers with TEL3 and call them faster (with 1 or 2-digits only instead of 10 or more regular digits). Registering is easy, either go online and login to your Online Account Manager or call Customer Service so we can register them for you.

You can enter up to 99 speed dial numbers online, and assign them a 1 or 2-digit code. To call one of these numbers, just dial one of the Access Numbers and then simply dial the 1 or 2-digit speed dial number to connect faster.

How can I delete my primary credit card number?

First you will need to add a new credit card and assign it for your auto-recharges before you can delete your primary credit card. Once a new credit card is assigned, you can delete the credit card that you want to remove from your account.

How do I check my balance?

There are 3 ways to check your balance:

Mobile: Send an SMS to TEL3 (786-208-6586) by texting ’Bal’ (from your registered phone) and you will get your balance amount by SMS back
Online: Log in to your account (either on your pc or your mobile phone) and check your balance

Call one of our access numbers and the prompt will play you your balance.

How do I opt in/out from the SMSavings Club’s alerts?

Text "JOIN" to the TEL3 SMS number 786-208-6586 to opt in automatically. Make sure your cell phone number is listed as an Instant Access Number so we can identify your account.

Text "STOP" to the TEL3 SMS number 786-208-6586 to opt out anytime you want.

You can also log in to your account online and go to MEMBER PROFILE, choose ALERT SETTINGS and select or unselect the SMSavings Club check boxes.

How do I refer a friend?

You can tell your friends to enter your account number (usually your phone number) in the Referral Code section during sign up. Both of you will get free minutes.

You can also use your Online Account Manager to spread the word out to your friends.

  • Then click on REFER A FRIEND under ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Chose the method that works for you
    1. Enter your friend’s E-mail one at a time
    2. Import your E-mail list by logging in to your favorite E-mail provider
    3. Share TEL3 on Facebook or Twitter
  • Follow up on all your referrals
All links and referral codes are tracked by TEL3’s system so you get the credit when your friends join TEL3.

How do I review my usage and charges?

You can review your call history (under ACCOUNT SETTINGS) and transaction history (under MEMBER PROFILE) by logging into your account.

What are the "Instant Access" numbers?

Instant Access numbers are your phone numbers registered with TEL3 so you can make PIN-less calls (Like your cell phone or home phone). You can register up to 10 numbers and when you call any TEL3 access number from these phone numbers, you will not be asked about your account or PIN because they will be recognized by our platform. Once connected, you can dial your destination number directly. Enjoy fast calling.

What can I do with the Online Account Manager?

The TEL3 Online Account Manager is the platform where you can log in and do the following:

  • Review and update your account information
  • Recharge your account
  • Review your call history
  • Refer friends
  • Change account settings (Speed dial numbers, Instant access numbers)
  • Join the SMSavings Club (SMS alerts with promotional coupons)
Can I check my balance or change my auto-recharge status via SMS?

YES. By sending an SMS to TEL3 (786-208-6586) you can do the following;

  • Check your balance by texting "bal"
  • Set your autorecharge status by texting "auto on" or "auto off"
Why and how do I get a PIN?

PINs are created during the signup process to protect your account information and they are used when making calls from an unregistered number or when you are logging into your online account for the first time.

What if I forget my PIN?

To protect your privacy, PINs can only be reset by our customer service.

Can I create a sub account for my family members?

Log in to your account, click to MEMBER PROFILE, choose ACCOUNTS, and click to ADD NEW SUBACCOUNT button. You can also call customer service at 1-800-482-4459 so we can create one for you.

May I view my call history online?

YES. Once you log in you will have access to view your complete call history, credit card information, instant access numbers, speed dial numbers, and other account information. These are just some of the great benefits our service provides.

How do I add credit to my account?

You have two options for adding credits/minutes to your account.

You may either log in to your account through Customer Login, then click on the "Recharge" button, or you can always contact our Customer Support at 1-800-482-4459 between 9am and 9pm EST, 7 days a week and one of our representatives will assist you in recharging your account for the amount you would like.

Please keep in mind that we also offer an automatic recharge option, which you can set during the sign up process, so you don't have to recharge your account manually every time your balance is low. When your account gets to a $3 minimum, your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the amount you had selected so you can continue talking without any interruptions.
