The TEL3 online registration form requires You to provide contact information (such as name) and unique identifiers (address and email address), all of which is user profile information. Contact information is used to communicate with you for purposes such as gathering survey information, billing for requested value-added services, notification of service upgrades, and changes to existing services. Unique identifiers (such as e-mail and street addresses) are used to verify your identity and to set up record system accounts. Additionally, if you choose to purchase products or services You may be asked to provide financial information such as credit card numbers for billing purposes. All financial information is kept confidential. A third party financial institution will be used to process.

Display advertising

As part of our marketing efforts, TEL3 implemented or may implement in the future Display Advertising features such as Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the DoubleClick Campaign Manager integration, or Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting.

Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Settings.

TEL3 will not facilitate the merging of personally-identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information previously collected from Display Advertising features that is based on the DoubleClick cookie unless TEL3 has your notice or your prior affirmative (i.e., opt-in) consent to, that merger.

Access to the private database is limited to authorized personnel only, and we use encryption protocols to secure the data during transmission.

Information about your contacts is not retained outside of your device. It is only accessed while you are using the app. We retain access to your phone contacts information for as long as the app is installed on your device to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

TEL3 will not issue refunds for any recharges or sign ups that are done on our website or on your online account that are done via submission of correct account and/or billing information (credit card/debit card/ PayPal etc.).
